Q Do you write all your articles yourself?
A Yes, I do. All article packs are written by myself unless mentioned otherwise. Though I currently write all of my articles, I may decide to outsource some work in future in order to provide you with greater choice. If I do, I will be sure to hire a good writer but to also make it absolutely clear if the work is not my own.
Q Are your packs limited?
A No, they are not. Limited PLR packs is a futile concept for various reasons. First, you have no independent verification of sales made so far and packs therefore remaining. Second, most PLR packs sold on the internet from lone stores like this one will typically sell fewer than 50 of each. Therefore, limiting sales to 50 will make no difference. Third, because I do not allow my packs to be resold with PLR (and/or resale) rights, you will find that they are several orders of magnitude less prevalent on the internet compared to low quality, “resold-many-times” PLR.
Q Do you offer refunds?
A No. It is not standard to offer refunds on PLR products as it is unfair on other customers.
Q What are the rights with these packs?

[YES] Can be used to create new products e.g. ebooks, video or audio series
[YES] Can be added to a non-IM membership site (only as site reading/educational material and NOT as PLR/MRR i.e. you cannot distribute these packs as PLR and no rights can be transferred to others)
[YES] Can be used as web content
[YES] Can sell a web site with this content on it (but only one site, you cannot create multiple sites with this content and sell them)
[YES] Can be broken down into smaller articles
[YES] Can be combined to make larger articles
[YES] Can be packaged with other products BUT NOT as a PLR pack and only as a newly created product in itself and with no PLR rights.
[YES] Can be used as an e-mail/autoresponder sequence
[YES] Can be used to create a free report for email opt-in
[YES] Can be used in print[NO] Cannot be published under the names “BetterPLR” or “Chris Kent”
[NO] Cannot be rewritten and syndicated to article directory sites
[NO] Cannot be resold as a PLR pack i.e. cannnot sell PLR rights
[NO] Cannot sell Resale Rights
[NO] Cannot sell Master Resale Rights
[NO] Cannot be sold/offered via auction sites
[NO] Cannot be sold/offered on Tradebit/other resale site
[NO] Cannot be added to IM membership sites
[NO] Cannot be given away as-isIMPORTANT: If I find my PLR being sold as-is (as a PLR article pack) on Ebay, Tradebit, behind PLR membership sites or anywhere else (including being bundled with other PLR) I will sue for damages!
